As a Production Designer and Art Director, I’ve been guided by a profound love for visual storytelling and its transformative power.

An alumnus of the Film and Television Institute of India, Pune, and the College of Fine Arts, Kerala, I’ve cultivated my passion for filmmaking and visual arts through a diverse array of projects, including short films, feature films, web series, and various advertisements, shows, and event designs across India and abroad. My professional journey also led me into teaching, where I spent several years as an Arts Teacher at the Higher Secondary school level and briefly taught Applied Arts at the College of Fine Arts after graduating from FTII. These experiences deepened my understanding of creativity and its impact on inspiration.

I participated in an exchange program at La Femis Paris, where I received discipleship under production designers Anne Seibel and Daran Fulham. This exposure to European design practices enhanced my passion for detailed creative processes and allowed me to integrate traditional practices with modern technologies to support environmental sustainability. As a member of the Production Designers Collective, an international group of designers, I engage in discussions about the evolving landscape of film design globally.

Working closely with veteran filmmaker Shaji N. Karun during my collaboration with KSFDC was a significant milestone in my career. Additionally, I had the privilege of conceptualising and developing the IDSFFK signature film in collaboration with the Kerala State Chalachitra Academy. Every project I undertake aims to infuse the world with more beauty and happiness, reflecting my deep passion for the arts.
